• Choose the game which your children likes to play

• Go to our section Games and read details about selected game

• When you select your game and start to looking forward to playing it, order it via our portal

• After your payment, you will receive an e-mail from us (typically within 24 hours) with all necessary information and detailed instructions (e.g. game script, unique game code, link to enter the game, etc.)

• Few days prior the game, we will also send you some physical assets for the game via post mail on your address

• Part of the input are also resolutions of all the puzzles, the codes, passwords, etc. In the case the players struggles, you can help them to continue with the game!

• Some minor preparation is necessary to prepare for the game

• It is for instance setting up the room, hide some of the game objects kids needs to find out during the game, have the right equipment (typically PC or notebook, some papers, pens, etc.)

• Each game is specific and thus for each game we have created a separate guide to make sure that all will be just perfect

• These instructions will be also shared with you prior the game

IMPORTANT NOTE about your browser Cookies:

• In case you try to play the game prior the children's party, be aware that your answers (codes, passwords, etc.) you fill in might be seen by the children during the game due to Cookies policy or your browser history setting.

• We therefore highly recommend to set up so called Private Mode / Window for your test prior the game. You can see more on the bottom of this page.

• The other way is also to clean history and delete Cookies after you try the game and fill in some answers.

• You are setting up the scene, the context and also can help kids to become excited!

• Prepare yourself for welcoming the kids and introducing the game

• Provide guidance and supervision during the game

  • Be available to assist with tricky puzzles or technology issues

  • Keep the energy high with enthusiasm and encouragement

  • If the adventure feels too exciting or a bit scary for your child, gently remind them: “It is only a game!”

• Ensure the activities are safe and age-appropriate (see recommended age above)

• Create space for the game in your home in relation to number of children invited

• Oversee the children during the game and if needed correct their behavior 

• Provide snacks and breaks to keep the kids energized

• Provide support with puzzles based on the children’s age and abilities 

• Celebrate the success and provide children with treats

• This is the best time for cake and unwrapping all the nice presents your children is so excited about already!

• And, it also can happen that children will fail some of the puzzles. Making mistakes or failing is not a shame, it is an opportunity to learn and improve.
