Return policy

Please, read here the details about how to return the game and party products.

  • We believe that while buying our game or products, you considered this purchase carefully and made a conscious decision. 

  • On the other hand, we fully understand that from time to time life goes differently than you plan. It can happen that your birthday party is cancelled or must be rescheduled. No problem, in such a case, please contact us and we will jointly find a solution (including return of your money of course in a case of a fair reason). 


Game return process

    • Use the Contact form and in the Subject mention Game Return

    • Please, enter a reasons for Game Return in the Message

    • For a possibility to contact you, please, enter your e-mail and/or phone number based on the preferred way of communication

    • We will send money back to the account used for the purchase. In the case you want us to send the refund to another account, please Inform us also about the banking details (the Name of your account and IBAN)

    • After we receive your message we will process it within 5 working days including sending money back to you

    • The exception from the rule above is when you also bought some Party products. In such a case we will refund you the full amount only after we receive the Party products back - see details below about return of Party products

Party products return process

    • We hope you enjoyed the products bought via our webshop

    • In other case you can return item(s) within 14 days of the receipt. After this period your return request will not be further accepted 

    • Please, return the products in the original packaging

    • In the case you also requested refund of the game, we will process a full refund of the total price after we receive the Party products

    • The cost of return is not refundable. When are you returning item(s) the shipping costs are on your own account

    • provide us with a short explanation into the Message why you are returning the product. This will help us to further improve our products offering

    • send us the products via any kind of post office you are used to use

  • We will inform you about the shipping address for your returns during our email or phone conversation about your return

    • after we receive the item(s) back, we will wire the right amount back to the account used for payment within a 5 working days

    • If you want to send the money to another account, please enter it into the Message. Please, enter the Name of your account and IBAN
